Doing Business with Integrity

Course
In an era where trust and transparency are of utmost importance, businesses are under growing pressure to demonstrate ethical conduct at every level. To support this critical shift, the UN Global Compact and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), funded by the Siemens Integrity Initiative and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), are proud to launch a new e-learning course, Doing Business with Integrity.
Shawn Teixeira, Head of the Siemens Integrity Initiative, explains: “Investing in the future for the benefit of society is central to the Siemens Integrity Initiative goal of promoting and advancing Collective Action and Education and Training globally in the fight against corruption, and the Doing Business with Integrity e-course offers a profound resource and opportunity for entities to make this investment”.

Sanda Ojiambo, Assistant Secretary-General of the UN Global Compact, emphasizes that “The public is increasingly demanding higher ethical standards from the business community. It is more important than ever for businesses to leverage the most effective tools and partnerships to enhance ethical behaviour, transparency and accountability.”
Ghada Waly, UNODC Executive Director, highlights that “this tool stands as a critical instrument against the corrosive impact of corruption, which undermines competition, distorts markets, and discourages investments,” and she invites companies “to champion business integrity.”
Building on the global success of the previous online course The Fight Against Corruption, which engaged over 400,000 learners worldwide, this newly launched training provides a deeper, more practical approach to cultivating integrity in the workplace.
